We need wisdom......biggest part missing in our "Success"......brilliance and education will take you that far than it will be wisdom which will keep you there.......we need it when we talk about process orientation...when talk about rules.......when we talk about employee performance.....when we talk about some one is not "up to it"......we need it to avoid biggest issue issue of "trained incompetency"......
